A Word from the Convener

I am deeply filled with gratitude as I welcome you to the 15th edition of the Night of Worship — a landmark moment in our journey of praise, presence, and power. From its humble beginning as a vision birthed in a living room to what has now become a river of worship flowing across nations, we can boldly say this is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes.

Over the years, God has revealed Himself in many ways: as the Cloud of Glory, the Only God, the Fountain of Mercy, and the Fullness of Grace. Each edition has been a testament to His faithfulness and His desire to dwell among His people. Lives have been transformed, hearts healed, and countless souls drawn closer to His presence.

This year, under the theme “Peace Like a River,” we gather once again to experience the depth of His calm and the strength of His flow — a peace that steadies our hearts, calms our storms, and reminds us that He is still God over the waters.

We are honored to have Joe Mettle, Dunsin Oyekan, Bidemi Olaoba, Greatman Takit, Nosa, Beejay Sax, Kenebukky, Segunfunmi, Oluwayemisi, Akinwale, Tobi Walker, Sounds of Heaven and The Psalmists, and Voices in Zion and The Apostles leading us into this sacred moment of encounter.

To every volunteer, partner, and worshipper who has stood with this vision through the years, thank you. Your sacrifice, prayers, and dedication are the unseen waves that keep this river flowing.

How to Prepare

Pray

The Night of Worship is an avenue for us to connect with God in thanksgiving. Pray for the outpouring of his Spirit

Invite

The Night of Worship is a great time to invite that neighbour, colleague and friend that you’ve been meaning to invite to church.

Plan

The date is the 23rd of November 2025. Make sure to clear out calendars and make room for an experience with God.

Testimonies

Praise God,

We want to thank God for His mercies and for the gift of the fruit of the womb. We got married May 11, 2019 (we were both in ours 30s already), and expecting to be a parent at least a year after marriage, but that didn’t happen.

We became worried and anxious, did lots of tests, and had minor procedures, then we got pregnant, but we lost it after a few weeks as it was an ectopic pregnancy. Both fallopian tubes were not functioning. One was due to previous surgery, and the other was due to the ectopic pregnancy.

Doctor’s already gave their conclusion that IVF was the only way to conception, and we at the time made less than 500k as our monthly income, no hope of were the millions for the IVF would come, we started praying and crying to God for mercy.

At the NOW 2013 (Rivers of Living Water), when we(the hymn team) were on the altar to minister and Pastor Kola was charging the people about the tithe and offering, I told God that we do not have money to give, but we have come to give our service and in return we want to attend the next NOW with our CHILDREN, after which Minister JudyKay came up on the altar and began to prophesy about God blessing a woman with the fruit of the womb, we claimed it and prayed with faith. Brethren, our children came a day to last year’s NOW 2024 (Fullness of Hos Grace) and are a year old by this years NOW.

God did not just bless us with the fruit of the womb, He gave us 3 wonderful children (OluwaToyin, OluwaToni, and OluwaTomi), all meaning “God is enough for me”.

We prophesy that every couple looking onto God for the fruit of the womb, that God will be enough for you in Jesus name 🙏

A week before NOW 2016, my sister was kidnapped in Kogi State and the kidnappers demanded 10 million naira. On the Night of NOW, I switched my phone off and worshipped. I didn’t ask for anything but on Saturday morning, I got a call that she was released Friday midnight.

Afolakemi Akintoye​

I sold my car and transferred the entire amount into the Night of Worship account. Few months after, I was given a car that is valued over eight times the one I sold.

During NOW, we prayed for my elder sister’s married life and by December 2016 she got engaged.

In November last year, I was in between jobs. I gave beyond what I would usually give and in that month I received four job offers.
